

Booking Terms & Conditions
Booking:
Minimum of 2 night bookings (3 nights on bank holidays).
A non-refundable booking deposit of 30% will be taken to secure your break, the remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before your arrival date. Failure to pay the deposit or remaining balance may result in your holiday being cancelled.
Bookings made less than 30 days before the start date of the holiday must be paid in full.
Bookings are non-refundable once paid, however if you are unable to make it due to severe illness or bereavement, we will try our best to rearrange your booking. Therefore we strongly suggest you take out the necessary holiday insurance.
Full refund will be given if the pod is unavailable for your stay due to reasons beyond our control.
Check in is between 3pm-7pm
Check out is before 10am
Please take care of our accommodation and leave it as you found it.
All bed linen and towels are provided, please leave them in the wet room on the day of your departure.
Cars:
All cars to be parked in the car park provided, 1 car per pod unless otherwise agreed. No cars to be driven up to the pod, we will help with carrying your luggage up to the pod in the buggy.
Pets:
Dogs are welcomed in the pod and made to feel at home, it's the owners responsibility to make sure they do not damage anything inside or outside the pod. Any damages will have to be paid for. Guests will be sent a request for pre-authorisation of a security deposit for £200, 24 hours before arrival day, this applies to all bookings, a payment will only be taken if something is found to be damaged, and the guest will be notified. Accidents happen, so if there are any breakages please let the owner know as soon as you can.
Please use the pet blankets provided for the bed and sofa so that the furniture stays in good condition for future guests.
Please clean up after your dogs using the bins provided, and no wet or muddy paws on the furniture.
Dogs must be kept on a short lead outside of the enclosed garden or exercise/agility area due to livestock grazing. Any damage to the livestock by you or your dog will need to be paid for. Amount to be decided by the farmer.
Please shut all gates behind you to keep livestock safe.
Waste and Recycling:
Please sort and dispose of all waste in the following labelled bins provided;
Cardboard, paper, cans/tins and plastic
Glass bottles
Food waste
Black bag waste
Ashes from the fire pit- metal bin next to the pod
Noise:
Please keep noise to a reasonable level to respect the neighbours and local wildlife. noise carries easily over the valley. Especially from 22:00-08:00.
Liability:
Four Paws Glamping cannot accept any responsibility for injuries, guests vehicles or belongings for the duration of your stay. Things are left at the owners own risk. A first aid kit is provided in the pod and if any injuries occur please let us know so we can help where possible.
Fire Policy:
Strictly no smoking on site or in the pod.
No fires or bbq permitted other than in the fire pit provided.
No candles to be lit inside the pod.
